President, Yoshiharu Kohda

• February 1966
  President, Mr.Yoshiharu Kohda initiated the production of plugs at the present Head Office under the name of Denkoh-sha.
• February 1969
  Capital was increased to 3million yen. Construction began for a new plant in Katsuura-City, Chiba-prefecture.
• September 1974
  Waterproof sockets for fluorescent lamps and glow lamps and waterproof connectors were developed.
• December 1976
  The plant moved from Kawazu to Idemizu in Katsuura-City.
• August 1978
  Research fund was raised from Ministry of International Trade and Industry.

• August 1978
  Research fund was raised from Ministry of International Trade and Industry.
• March 1979
  Waterproof tools for fluorescent lamp were developed.
• May 1988
  Completed construction of the current plant.
• December 1988
  Multi-inverter was develped.
• October 1996
  A new plant was constructed at Qingdao in China.
• October 2000
  The name of the company was renamed from Denkohsha Co.,ltd to U.S. Coden Co.,Ltd.
